Service Fees and Charges

  • A minimum trip charge of one hour will apply to all service calls.
  • Fees for services rendered will be assessed based on the time spent, materials used, and any additional costs incurred during the provision of services.
  • We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. All pricing changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

Payment

  • Payment for services is due upon completion of the work.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Payment methods may vary and will be confirmed at the time of service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability

  • Hawkins Electric will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with our services.
  • Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the service location and ensuring the area is safe for our technicians to work.
  • Clients must disclose any relevant information about the service location, such as electrical system configurations, hazards, or special conditions.

Indemnification

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hawkins Electric, its employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the client’s use of our services.

    Changes to Terms

    • Hawkins Electric reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

    By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
